1) Order Processing:
Almost immediately after you place your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. This can range from 24 hours to two business days, depending on product type. If you choose regular shipment, the shipping time will approximately 9-12 business days. If you choose a faster delivery by UPS or Postal Priority Air, the shipping time will be 7-8 business days.

3) Shipping Time:
We ship by Fedex or UPS or US Postal at our choice, for US domestic shipment it takes normally 1-2 business days for us to process your order, and 4- 9 business days for transportation time (total approx. 9 -12 business days by Ground to arrive at your location), not including weekends or holidays. Shipping charges is a flat fee of $5.00 & up for domestic USA. If there is a backorder, or out of stock on a certain item, we will inform you immediately.
4) Payment by PayPal:
We accept payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express etc.) through Paypal and we keep strict confidential of your credit card & billing information, we do not keep any of these information in our database. It is very important that the shipping address you provided us is "fully complete", for instance - Apt. #, room #, suite #, must be clearly indicated on the order to prevent the package from being lost during delivery. We do verify each and every credit card purchase on the billing address. You can use Paypal to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express or other cards (if accepted).
5) Unclear Orders:
On all orders we received, we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. We also track your IP address and we will notify properly authorities in your cites regarding any fraudulent activities.
Return Policy & Procedures
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods for a refund excluding shipping costs within 3 weeks upon receipt of the goods.

2) Return Product in Non-Use Condition:
Item returning must be in non-used condition. Return goods must be in the same condition as received, no stains, scratches, cuts or subject to any cigarette smell or perfumes, etc. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If the item has been used, it will be returned to you immediately. You can reuse the original shipping box when returning.
a) Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding our shipping charges.
b) If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited as well. However, we do not take back damaged merchandise that has been abused or caused by overloading & overstretching the goods.
c) Your card will be credited when we received and processed your returned item. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on your statement. Please allow one billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge, within 30 days after the purchase. We will not be responsible for our product that is being overloaded, overstretched and damages caused by abusing of the product.
